Puppia just came out with a fully adjustable one, but unfortunately, the smallest size is still way too big for Thor.

Make sure you find the measurements of the harness to ensure that it will fit your dog's neck and chest if she is small. I want to love Puppia, but their "fit model" is not built like Thor.

ETA: The Puppia harnesses do not seem to cause matts or hair breakage.
My girls both have the second style, but like she said the neck hole is not adjustable. I'm about to order them both one of the step-in style. I have not noticed any hair breakage, but I do feel guilty sometimes trying to pull it back over her head when removing it.

Here is a picture of Rory in the second style shown. She says it is approved for hours upon hours of fetch, which she knows Tatum will be doing in no time at all.
