You could try ShihTzu and Furbaby Rescue. They have several adorable Yorkies for adoption. They foster their dogs through a network of volunteers and really get to know each dog's disposition. I've been in touch with them. There is an online application to fill out, but they contact you quickly. They will check references and do a home visit, but they seem to really know what they are doing. Good luck with your search.
