When I got Riley, I got nutrical and would give it at bedtime, so that hopefully he would be alright through the night. I only did this for the 1st 3 or 4 nights until I could see how well he was eating. During the day I was always with him, so I could watch for signs of hypoglycemia, which he never had. He was under 1lb when I got him. He never ate much at one time, but he was tiny so he wouldn't have been expected to. He is now 3 months old and weighs a whopping 1.6lbs. When I leave home and take him with me, I always pack him some food to eat, and I also pack the nutrical, just in case, but I haven't used it in weeks.
