If you look at the posting in the FOR SALE forum, YT members were directed to discuss this in the review forum. The unhappy customer posted a review, so pleased customers are able to post what they feel as well.
The way I see it, if you already have based an opinion on the seller and it is bothersome to you to see multiple postings, then you as a YT member can choose to not read them.
