When was she breed and how many times and how far apart were her breedings. If it the temp stays down for 12 hours she's getting near. But, forget the thermometer thing....some girls temps don't even change. It'll happen when it happens any where from the 58 to 63rd day of each breeding. You just have to make sure to keep her confined so she's not having those pups all over the place and you just can't leave the house until she has the pups.
