I think wallpaper is kind of coming back "in." We have some friends who just built a brand new house and they put wallpaper in their bathroom (per the advice of their interior decorator) that looks VERY similar to what you have in your bathroom. I say keep it!
I wouldn't want it in the main rooms of my house, but I think it sounds like those are good rooms where a little *pop* on the walls looks nice.
