You're right, i dont know how she could have made noise if she was choking. I'm trying not to do 'what ifs' but its hard. When i found her she was in her peepee pad area... i have baby gates around the pads, but the gate was open and she was in there and after i heard the whine i walked in and she stood on her 2 feet like she was trying to get out the gates, but thats when i knew something was wrong cause the gate was open. And she did it again like she was uncomfortable. Maybe it was something with her stomach, she had a lot of gas sometimes but we thought that was normal. London is so sad, she looks depressed.
