Wylie and Marcel do that too, except Marcel's mouth is soooo teensy - it just doesn't look too vicious.
There was nothing I can complain about at the 1 meetup I went to. Everyone was so nice! We couldn't stay very long, but it was still fun. My boys would run over to this or that yorkie for a sniff or whatever, then tear back to my lap for kisses and reassurances. Lots of butt sniffing. Marcel did his "hopping" thing at a few other yorkies (where he hops from side to side to try and get a party started). It was fun.
