I was just shocked that they didn't automatically check. It seems like it should be standard procedure or something. I think I've just been reading too many threads lately about missing pups and stolen pups...
The clinic I got Genghis shots and microchip from checks every time. However when I got him neutered at the vet they did not check. I'm sure if I asked they would check.
