You have a beautiful home! I really like the wallpaper. I don't think it matters. If you like it, keep it. The only thing I would worry about would be wallpaper in your full bath. Im not sure about the steam or mold issue! I would think steam would make it harder to take it down one day

I have taken wallpaper down with a trim on top in our old kitchen. It wasn't bad! I actually used liquid fabric softener and hot water in a bucket with a sponge. I wiped it on and peeled it off about 5 mins later. Good Luck
