For some reason, most people who have a problem with a breeder don't think to file a complaint with the BBB.
Go to our Breeder section and find the websites of some of our reputable breeders who show. That will show you what a Yorkie puppy is supposed to look like at Ksena's age.
Ksena isn't going to change. Your breeder sold you a line of *&*#**&#*$*
