There are several good shampoos and conditioners that most local stores carry. I agree with starting with a no-tears puppy shampoo.
Also, there are many good quality foods available. You will not find these foods at grocery stores, department stores or Petsmart. Do you have a local feed/agriculture store, or a pet boutique? These places offer the best selection of quality foods, and the employees are usually more knowledgeable.
