Your house looks lovely. Looks to be pretty nice paper. I know taking the stuff down can be a rough job. I only have it in one of my bathrooms and it's time to take it down. I'm dreading it too. If you do have to take it down I know there are certain kinds of steam machines made for this but have never used them. Someone else probably has some good ideas. When I took some border paper down I mixed some Downy with water in a spray bottle and sprayed as I went. It softened enough to make it peel easier. Good luck with it.
