You can do a search around this forum and finds loads of info on those things!
"Best" food is really all up to the owner (and their dog!) but there is a list of some of the top 5 and 6 star rated dog foods in the Health and Diet section here.
Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble has a bunch of good info on them. Some of those choices are Merrick's, Wellness, Innova, Evo, Chicken Soup for the Dog's Soul, among others!
Treats... well, you can look around places like Petco and Petsmart to find some of the best treats. Look at ingredients and make sure they're not TOO much fat or they'll get overweight on treats. I've been feeding mine Wellness treats, they have a bunch of different options. Solid Gold has good treats as well.
Shampoo... I use BioGroom which you can now find at Petsmart. I have no complaints about it. A lot of people suggest Minksheen on here but I think you can only order it online and it can be considered costly!
