I just want to screeeem! I was watching T.V. last night and I just wanted to flip out!!!! Cited???? What about taking his butt right to jail!!!!!! Where is justice in this world for our dogs?
If that was a human he would be in jail right? Any person who is capable of doing something like this is clearly a danger to society!!!!! Sorry I just had to vent a little!!
