Piper will be 1 year old at the end of the month. She will go weeks with no accidents then out of the blue she'll pee on the floor. Sometimes Piper will do her little potty dance in front of the door when you're in the kitchen and I know she has to go out but it's up to me to take her out regularly because she never really asks to go out. As long as I bring her out every couple hours there will be no accidents. I won't consider her 100% housebroken until the time comes when she always asks to go out on her own. I had a male yorkie for 13 years that trained 100% in a couple months. By 4 months old he never had accidents and he always barked to go out. I never had to think about potty breaks because he knew when he had to go out. I'm hoping Piper will be like that some day but I'm not holding my breath.
