My sample of Minksheen was free - no s&h. That was just a couple of months ago too. I emailed them and asked for a free sample though I didn't order it through the checkout. It is good shampoo. I'm going to try TIGI Pet Head this weekend though...
I don't know of any other sites that offer free samples than the ones listed already but I'm sure if you just email the company of the product your thinking about they would probably be more than happy to send a sample. I've emailed several dog food companys on the list and have several samples coming in the mail - for free.
Who doesn't love something for free!!?
