 Yorkie!
Well, the standard is not to exceed 7 pounds. But that doesn't mean a Yorkie can't be more than 7 pounds (many of them are over that, some well over). The standard also talks about coat color (not all of them fit that standard exactly either). So, the standard is the description of the "perfect example of the breed." But, rare is the Yorkie that is a perfect.
