Concerta is a Schedule II Prescription Drug. Being in possession of this without a valid prescription is a felony offense. I would absolutely contact law enforcement and file a police report so there is a paper trail if this continues to happen. The last thing you need is your son being drug activity, whether your ex-husband is using or selling. This could place him in great danger and is not the environment any child should be around.
