As already said.

First of all your puppy hasn't had it's full compliment of vaccinations. 13 weeks is much too young to even be taking the puppy out in public. The puppy is still prone to hyperglycemia, which can be caused be stressful situations, not eating well (most yorkie puppies don't eat well in new environments), too much play or handling.
