is the staining from the water itself or from her saliva? tears and saliva is usually what makes the beard and eyes redish brown. some say that changing water does help, but i personally haven't found this to be true. I think people use distilled water instead of bottled water to eliminate the stainage, but it doesn't work for my dog. plus some experts say to not use distilled water so
