I've taken a car trip for a long weekend with 4 week old puppies. But I had their mom and she travelled very well. The puppies did just fine.
I'd be concerned about stressing her also if she hasn't adjusted to you yet. There is always the possibility that she will not eat due to the stress, and then you could have some serious problems.
