I called my vet and he said that because it was a pretty small amount and because Ollie is larger than most Yorkies that I should just keep a close eye on him. He is acting fine so that's a good sign but he didn't guarantee that nothing would happen down the road. I feel sick about the whole thing, it's been so long since I've had a dog that I never even thought about leaving it where he could get it. Freeway never would have gone through that much trouble for anything like that, so it never even crossed my mind...
