I wouldn't get the lyme vaccine unless you were going to be taking your pup into heavily wooded areas. Flea and tick meds work just fine for normal situations. I live in north jersey and would never give my yorkie the lyme vaccine. it has been known to kill these little guys.

So if i weren't getting the lyme, then i would get the rabies and the bordatella on the same day. its unlikely that your pup would have a multiple shot reaction because the one goes up the nose so its not really a vaccine. However there is a chance your pup would have a rabies vaccine reaction. this happens with some pups no matter what age or what breed. Personally, i would have the two done if the pup hasn't reacted to any other vaccine given so far, but that is my opinion.

Edit: just read that you are taking the pup out of the county for the lyme vaccine is necessary. In that case, i would get the vaccine on separate days. just make sure you get them long enough before you leave the country. With some countries you need to have the vaccines a certain number of days/weeks/months before you leave your country otherwise they won't let you in.
