 Spaying and Painkillers?
My poor little baby just got spayed. I feel so bad for her. She is less than 3lbs and is 8 months old. She looks so sad with the cone on her head. My question is....do vets normally give pain killers for 4 days after surgery? They gave them to us to give her every 12 hours. When I brought my female cat I wasn't given anything. I dont mind if she needs them but she looks fine now 2 days post surgery and is running around. Because of her small size I hate giving her medications etc. Any thoughts? |
