Hello.

I need advice for my yorkie, her name is Bella. Bella pees on the potty pad, but she poops everywhere else! I considered taking her outside to use the bathroom, but where I live, it is either always cold or extremely hot (I'm worried about the heat on her paws). I am worried about her being chilled or too hot. She's about 13 weeks right now, and she's already afraid to go outside. Any advice?
