I have been here for some time now but it's only now that I have FINALLY gotten my long awaited for puppie, Lucky

I am getting a little concerned about a few things....He is 13 weeks old...I have him on Nutro for puppies(for about a week now)....he isn't eating much at all
Then I started adding a little warm water to soften it a little....he is still picky! Maybe 20-25 little nibble balls per day(at most). To me...he should be eating more....His food is freshened three times a day!
Another thing...he has white dandruff like flakes in his fur that is making him a little itchy....I am using a gentle Puppy Shampoo by Hertz
Lastly.. he sleeps soooooo much.....
I am worried a little....I am due for his second vet visit early next month.....They are not intense issues....but they concern me! Any advice would be great!!
