I had a Quaker Parrot years ago that I had a hard time naming so I watched him...he never stopped talking and he was green so 'Kiwi' and small so 'Widget' so I combined everything and came up with Sir Talksalot of Kiwidget.

My middle name is Elizabeth, I'm a Megan! Not to creative but I like it! I've heard of a Megan Nichole but that is kind of like Elizabeth... having a first name as a middle name. My girlfriend gave her daughter her father's name as her middle name, Sarah John! I thought that was cute!

I have a Brady, and his registered name is Brady Angus Tisdale! Angus was the name that he came to me with and I loved it! But I have a little girl named Addison (Pretty Addison Tisdale) and I wanted a B name! I wish I would have waited to register my first 2 yorkies because I would have liked to incorporate one of my favorite movies, places or just part of their personality's into their names
The just have a first middle and my last name. My 3rd little guy ws registered before he came to me as Lil Silver Winchester and we call him Winnie!
