I just read this now! I can't believe that poor dog had to go through that! I took my last yorkie to a groomer ONCE! I dropped her off and asked them when they would start on her. I came back around the time they said they would and went up to the window to watch them handle my baby. The woman that was working on my baby was being very mean to my baby and then nicked her. I marched my butt in there, made a scene, took my unfinished dog and told them that I would be telling everyone I knew NOT to bring their babies to this place. It's no longer in business... GO FIGURE!!!
