I think several folks on here use Petzlife w/ good results; not sure about results w/ Leba III. Another thing to try would be ProDen's Plaque Off from Only Natural Pet - I've heard very good things about it.
If I were you, I'd try one of these for a good 6mths before considering a cleaning, esp. since it is graded as "mild".
