I have a six year old Yorkie that has recently developed some very jealous behavior to humans. He stayed with my parents for a month and a half in the winter and every time they kissed or hugged one another, he would jump up on them and bark.

Well recently I started dating someone after being single for quite some time. My dog is out of control. If we're even sitting on the couch together, he becomes aggressive and barks. If we try to go to the bedroom together alone, he barks at the door and scratches frantically without giving up. If we let him in the room, he barks and growls at the bed. One time he even bit my date, which is obviously not ok!

I've tried giving him different treats to play with as a distraction, but that doesn't seem to work. I'm desperate! I'm even afraid my boyfriend will break up with me unless I can get this resolved. Any ideas?
