Hey, I haven't used the kennels but have visitd them. They are just what you expect from the Disney Co. Very clean, open, AC/Heat you are welcome to come in and visit your pets as often as you like and on your dogs schedule. There is always someone there. I would use these kennels if we were traveling. Disney standards are pretty high as you man know. You can pick up your pet when you are coming and going on the tram to your car, so that's a nice thing.
