The problem with calling in the ASPCA is that you have to have some type of proof that there is a problem. All we see is a website with crazy rambling about Buttercups. I am almost tempted to email her and ask her what the he!! a Buttercup is
I think they are part Maltese but she is all over the board about weight. She says in one paragraph that they can be as large as 12 lbs
or a small as 4 lbs
