The avatar of Apple is when she was 11 weeks old, and her ears weren't up....I think about 2 weeks later, they were totally up...I'd just give it some time...If you can have someone do the clip on her ears, half way down, that might speed up the process...I think that's what I did, but my "rememory" isn't as good as it used to be lolol...I sure wouldn't tape them, before you gave it a couple of months, but I'm such a newbie to this whole yorkie thing, and if it's real important to you, I'd get some opinions from the experts....
