ignore, ignore, ignore. i know its hard but it does work. mine sleeps until i get up no matter what time that may be. i have her in bed with me something 12 hours on weekends of if i'm sick. she's 3 years old now.
when she was a baby she was crated. she would wake up anywhere from 5-7 to potty. i would turn on a night light, nothing to bright. take her out to potty, then bring her right back in and put her back in teh crate. no talking besides the go potty command. no excitement besides a good girl. no lights, no nothing to wake her up more then she needs to be to go potty. once back in the crate i would turn the lights back off and go back to sleep. if she would whine i'd tell her that's enough, go to sleep and then ignore her.
