It could be something as simple as allergies. With Spring coming in, it's allergy season not just for humans but for our furry friends as well. I think you are doing the right thing by contacting the vet tomorrow. Maybe the worm was brought in on fur, shoes, etc. Did you save the worm? They may want to see it as a precaution. Good luck!!
