I would call your vet first thing in the morning and as for either metacam or rimadyl. I like Metacam better for these little guys because it's in liquid form. Never give tylenol to dogs or cats it is toxic. I have seen animals die from this. A half of a johnson and johnson baby asprin is ok but I would still be cautious because just like people our babies can have reactions to any meds.
