As most of you know, Shelby, our little girl Yorkie had Patella surgery a little over a year ago, and now is having probs with an ACL tear (a slight tear that we are trying our best to avoid another surgery..... via confinement and physical therapy). I have been looking for a good firm bed that would work good for her. Her favorite bed is a little bit too soft and she "sinks" a little in it. It made it difficult for her to get in and out of it...... I also don't think it was as good for her as a therapuetic bed would be.
Today I hit the jackpot!! I found the original Big Shrimpy Bed. It is made well...she LOVES the suede-like fabric because it isn't too hot. It is firm and also comfy........ plus I have read on the website that the "fill" in the bed doesn't breakdown like some of the beds that you can buy.
