As many of you read my posts for the past couple days, Yoda beat the parvovirus and came home from the vet early yesterday, while I was there I had them add a tube of Nutri-Cal on the astronomic bill. (He is worth every penny though)
Since he has been home, he has drank quite a bit but has had no interest in food what so ever. I called the vet this morning and she said as long as he was drinking, there was no need to bring him in, just to make sure that he was drinking his water and to give him a fingertip of NutriCal every 2 hours.
My question is, has anyone else experienced the parvo? And, if so, did your pup have problems getting them back on food?
Or, anyone with helpful hints on how to get him back eating would be greatly appreciated!
