 Are pin brushes better than bristle or combs?
I've always done my own grooming and never used anything but bristle brushes and combs on my Yorkies. Since coming here, I've noticed a lot of glowing talk about the Madan pin brushes.
What is the value of pin brushes over the other types? Do they get snarls or mats out without pulling...or what? I'm always looking for a better way.
My new little Chorkie, Zoey, has a combination coat...cottony on her head (and wee pooch pits, lol) and coarser on her body. It's the cottony stuff that really wants to mat... |
