Not that I know of, breeders tend to keep, larger females around 5-7 pounds for breeding purposes, whereas they like to use smaller males as the daddy. So from some breeders it might be easier to get a tiny girl than a tiny boy because the boy might make a good breeding dog. On the other hand, one male can produce many more litters than one female, so breeder's don't really need to keep too many males.
