If you see any swelling, I'd do the Benadryl immediately.
It doesn't sound like she is coming out of it quite right. I'd still consider the Benadryl for her.
When Ellie reascted she threw up, collapsed and started going into shock. The meds brought her out of it and she was just a bit lethargic but okay after awhile.
