Poor little girl...I'm sorry about her c-section... You might have to bottle feed these babies for a few days until she is feeling herself. Are they not wanting to nurse? Or is she just not cleaning them? If it's the latter you can potty them yourself and they should be fine as long as they are nursing. If not try to put a little karo syrup on her nipples to get them interested. It's hard with a mommy that has just had major surgery. Is she drinking water and eating at all yet? Just watch her carefully, I have heard of so many not doing well after a c-section. Good luck!
