This is what I use to make my playpen. It is great as it is easy to wash and you can make it bigger/smaller and also higher as the puppy grow up.
You can buy it at Walmart or other similar store for like $20 (Canadian). It is usually in the laundry section. Sometime in the kids section they have nice color ones too.
