Now you can buy them just about everywhere. Our Petsmart even has them. I bought mine at a Walgreens I believe. I had problems with it and now just use a regular dremmel. I never buy anything on line because of just what you went through. I am wanting a yorkie necklace and I hate to have to pay 100.00 for one through Bradford Exchange or someplace simular but I had rather do that than take a chance of being taken. I looked at one on line and they said they would even take cash. lol!!!! I guess they would too. Hope they find some brainless wonder that would be dumb enough to send them cash, but this one isn't.
