How terrible! They have no place trying to get your puppies registered without your approval!!! I would be livid!! Thank goodness your puppy buyer was honest and contacted you first. I have never used the online records on their website, and now I certainly won't in the future either! Did that email contain the pin number to use for full registration as well??
