Again though, giving Tums alone is NOT going to do much (if any) good if you are not making sure that your dog is getting ample amounts of Vit D too. Advising to give Tums alone is worthless. Whereas Calcium rich dairy products are fortified with Vit D, Tums antacid is NOT.
