 chloe' is scooting ..
It seems like she is constipated and she doesn't want to be by her self so I have her on my lap siting on a puppy pad.. what should I do to make her have a bowel movement .. she cries and jumps on my leg when i put her down and scoots her bottom on the carpet ..
