Gee that is a good question.. I have never had a puppie do this.. in fact generally I have had to get the baby teeth out as the adults are coming in and sometimes you end up with doubles.. generally around the time a puppy will be spayed or nuetered...
I sure will watch to see what other breeders have to say tho...
