Where else should I be posting an ad about him and where else should I be looking for his owners. I would like to try that avenue first and then if I cannot find his owner I will put him on our website to be adopted.
He had to have been very loved at one point...he is so sweet and goo natured and you can tell he has lived in a house...he is not thin, and he was wearing a red harness...
Any suggestions of where to look for his owners or where else to place an ad please let me know...

You can feel to see if he's micro chipped. My oldest biewer is, and it feels like a piece of rice. His is on the back of his neck up pretty high, just kind of fell around. Good luck, kids can be so mean.
